In this section, we will show you how to issue electronic documents to your partners using the already set up Electronic invoice application, and what other useful features can be used during the process. There are 3 main steps when issuing electronic documents:

  1. We enable on the Customer Card that we can issue electronic receipts for the partner
  2. We issue the invoice or credit note for the customer then we post it
  3. In the Electronic document items list we can sign electronically the receipt and send it via e-mail (including additional attachments if needed)
    • Sign and send electronic documents
    • Add e-mail attachments to electronic document notifications
