2.9. Creating aggregated rows

Once all the required rows have been selected, please use the Aggregated rows button on the top menu bar.

Here by clicking the Calculate Rows button, the application creates merged rows based on the Tariff Number, Riskiness Group, and the Tariff No. Grouping.

This step is a must, without this you cannot send the EKÁER request.

The EKÁER source document rows are aggregated based on several factors:

  • the merger takes place per Delivery Plans, so the EKÁER lines selected for each Delivery Plan are still managed separately, the merger takes place within the Delivery Plan
  • the aggregation is based on the Tariff Number of the Items and the Riskiness Group assigned to the Tariff Numbers
  • the rows with Tariff Numbers within the same Riskiness Group are combined
  • we also take into account the shortening rile set for the Riskiness Group, and leave only as many characters as the setting requires

Furthermore, it is important to note that the names of the aggregated rows come from the Tariff No. Merged Descriptions table.

The value of the Net Value Total (HUF) field is of course the sum of the combined EKÁER rows.

At the bottom of the page, you can find summary information about the shipment, in different
breakdowns.

It is important that if you add a new line to a Delivery Plan, in the EKÁER document, or you delete one, the Calculate Rows function must be run again!

The current version of EKÁER Connector application is suitable for creating notifications and requesting an EKÁER number from the official EKÁER system of Hungarian Tax Office. Thus, please note that after requesting an EKÁER number, any changes made to the lines or the document itself, will not be forwarded to the official EKÁER system, it must be done on the website!

Each aggregated item line must have a name in the Tariff No. Description, to perform the sending process correctly.
